REFLECTION SERIES: COMING FALL 2024

SUMMARY: The Reflection/Blueprint Series is a collection of three performances that serve as a forum for discussion on what we have endured, how we have evolved as humans, and what the future may bring.

The series will grapple with the impact and meaning of HOME*, our continued evolution away from human to human communication, and what we were supposed to learn about our humanity.

REFLECTION SERIES: FREIGHT

Life is like an elevator; there are floors, or chapters, one must pass through. Human life consists of lessons that teach us about ourselves. Did we learn the lessons we were supposed to learn as we passed through? Join us for this site-specific piece in the Summit Artspace elevator!

Watch three women search for healing by entering the walls of their minds. This site-specific performance was created out of a tapestry of interviews collected from residents of West Hill in Akron, Ohio and the research and exploration of the Chameleon Village Theatre Collective ensemble.*

* a finalized version of HOME to be performed in Fall/Winter 2024. All previous performances have been workshops.
